I love my neighborhood, it is full of old houses, tall trees and an eclectic mix of people. On my walk today I saw a man trimming shrubs, I admired his work and asked if he was responsible for all the cacti and succulents going all the way to the Boulevard and he said "yeah. You like my succulents?" His eyes were black and so was his curly hair and the matt of fur on his chest. He had a confident grin.
